Returns

Parts & Accessories may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Electrical components, custom orders, and special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective part).

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team before returning the product.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to Start a Return
