Refund Policy

At BOC, we stand behind the quality of our auto parts and related products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Parts & Accessories may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Electrical components, custom orders, and special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective part).

Exchanges

  • We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact our support team before returning the product.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team using the "Contact" tab with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization (if applicable).

By completing a purchase with BOC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. You have reviewed and understand our Refund Policy.

  2. You understand that certain items (e.g. electrical components, custom orders) are non-refundable.

  3. You agree that returned items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a refund.

  4. You understand that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  5. You understand that return shipping is your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
